"Learning to Look" is a free, biannual publication designed for young art lovers at the Kimbell Art Museum. Each issue explores one object from the Kimbell Art Museum's permanent collection with engaging graphics, fun facts, and prompts to encourage close looking, personal connections, and creative expression. This issue highlights the relief sculpture, "Four-Armed Ganesha," and explores the backstory of the Hindu God, Ganesha.
I brought the "Four-Armed Ganesha," relief sculpture to life by using illustration and color to highlight special characteristics of the deity that would be explored through this issue.
