I partnered with the Dallas Museum of Art's Education team to create updated identities for Summer Camp, Family Festival, and an interactive community activation wall. The resulting campaign systems were designed to be playful, evergreen, and uniquely connected to the DMA.
The Education team wanted a community activation wall where visitors could easily leave notes in response to prompts tied to specific activities. Starting with a blank wall, I expanded on the new Imagine Your Journey branding by incorporating conversation-inspired graphics and selecting simple, functional hardware that made it easy for guests to display their responses.
These early mockups helped communicate the concept to stakeholders and served as a guide for the vendor during fabrication and installation
The identity mark for the DMA Summer Camp is a badge-like shape, reminiscent of scout badges and national park iconography. The red object is the iconic "Ave" sculpture by Mark Di Suvero outside of one of the building's entrances. The supporting color palette and secondary objects are minimal and playful. This identity was applied throughout collateral, such as staff t-shirts, drawstring backpacks, digital ads, and other collateral.
The DMA Family Festival identity centers on a playful, sticker-inspired mark. Paired with a vibrant color palette and supporting iconography, the system creates a dynamic visual presence across staff apparel, flyers, digital advertising, and program collateral.
