On the Communication Team at Garland Power & Light, I was tasked to design and create an engaging motion graphics video that demonstrates the steps taken by the city in response to power outages. This video is utilized as a tool to inform the City of Garland public what to expect when power outages occur and the process the city follows to restore power. I illustrated and animated all components within the video.
